Recipe to preserve

  • Garlic: 500 grams, without skin;
  • Dry white wine: ½ glass;
  • Water: ½ glass;
  • Apple cider vinegar: 500 ml;
  • Bay leaves: 2 units;
  • Oregano: 1 tablespoon;
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons;
  • Black pepper: 6 grains;
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon.


-In a saucepan, place the water, wine, oregano, salt, bay leaf and pepper;

-When it boils, turn off and add the garlic, cooking for 3 minutes;

-Let cool and add the olive oil;

-Place in sterilized pots and place the apple cider vinegar;

-Leave for 5 days in the refrigerator, tightly closed.
