Recipe to preserve
To prepare this delicacy, you will need few ingredients and almost no cooking skills. Just remember to wear sterile glasses to make it last longer.
- Garlic: 500 grams, without skin;
- Dry white wine: ½ glass;
- Water: ½ glass;
- Apple cider vinegar: 500 ml;
- Bay leaves: 2 units;
- Oregano: 1 tablespoon;
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons;
- Black pepper: 6 grains;
- Salt: 1 tablespoon.
-In a saucepan, place the water, wine, oregano, salt, bay leaf and pepper;
-When it boils, turn off and add the garlic, cooking for 3 minutes;
-Let cool and add the olive oil;
-Place in sterilized pots and place the apple cider vinegar;
-Leave for 5 days in the refrigerator, tightly closed.
