  • 2 glasses of soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons of rice malt (or barley malt, but in this case the biscuits will no longer be gluten-free)

How to prepare rice cakes: procedure

  • Arrange the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake your rice cakes for about 30 minutes at 180 °.
  • Once cooked, let them cool. You can keep the rice cakes in a tightly closed plastic bag for 4-5 days.
